Customer Advisor
An Edinburgh-based financial services organisation has an opportunity for a number of Customer Advisors (Telephony-based Sales) to join them on a permanent basis. These positions would be suited to individuals with a demonstrable background in customer service and sales preferably gained within the financial services sector.
On daily basis, you will deal with customer calls, gaining an understanding of their protection needs and selling appropriate products and services. You will work towards challenging sales and service targets whilst delivering first-class customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must enjoy working to stretching targets within a fast-paced customer service environment. You will be pro-active and have the ability to manage you own workload.
Working 6 days over 7, the following shift patterns will apply:
Working 8 hours between 10am and 8pm Monday to Thursday
Saturday 9am - 5pm
These shifts will operate on a 6-week rotational basis which means you will have Sunday plus one other day off.
