On behalf of our Client, a new operational sales contact centre (educational field) to be established in Tricity, we are currently looking for candidates that will hold the position of Higher Education Advisor.
Working on the position of Higher Education Advisor you will be responsible for warm outbound sales calls to prospective students around the world who have requested information by responding to targeted marketing campaigns (no cold calling involved).
Your role will be to successfully build relationships with individuals who have inquired about our Client’s educational programs to discover their needs and concerns and demonstrate how the program can best meet those needs. You will also provide support in regards to admissions, financial aid and enrolment process. What is more, you will be responsible for database management and close cooperation with other departments regarding enrolment.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with fluent English language skills who hold 1-3 years experience in sales or business/finance consultancy. Minimum Bachelors Degree and advanced MS Office skills are a must. In addition you need to be a result-oriented and confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with prospective students.
