We are searchingfor a dynamic Customer Analytics Manager to join our mission of increasing customer retention through deeper engagement and satisfaction. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will generate and extend insights that drive strategic and tactical action through in-depth quantitative analysis, and support execution of projects that enhance our customer intelligence capabilities.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, the ideal candidate will possess a combination of critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Experience in conceiving and building a range of practical analysis models, making analytical insights accessible to broad audiences, and working with technical teams to execute projects leveraging those insights is expected.
