Customer and Contracts Advisors Job in Annesley, Midlands Uk
The successful applicants will be responsible for all aspects of customer service and contractor administration within Energy Efficiency.
Showing an ability to deal with and resolve basic range of queries with wider knowledge and increased level of 1st contact resolution.
Key Activities
* Receiving inbound calls from customers on a range of issues and resolving their enquiries.
* Specific outbound calling for pre-qualification of pre sold Loft insulation and Cafity Wall insulation leads.
* Undertaking outbound calls as part of customer and contractor performance management process.
* Gathering customer and contractor information to inform and guide resolution of problems and improve performance.
* Using customer service skills to promote the company and its products and services.
Deals in a professional manner with all customers in resolving their query.
Main responsibilities of role
The post holder's responsibilities include:
* Proactively deals with a greater variety of customer enquiries regarding a specific sheme and pre qualification .
* Deals with a high number of customer and contractor calls/enquiries and resolves them first time with improved reduction in referral requests.
* Has a clear understanding of the energy efficiency business and demonstrates good Customer Service and Operational Excellence.
Key skill requirements
The post holder will have:
* Experience of working in a similar business or environment.
Shift Rota up until 7pm Mon - Fri and Sat 9-4.
