Customer Assistant

Our client, a popular retail bank located in Enfield, are looking for an experienced and career minded individual to join their company on a part time basis.

The role:

Your role will include conducting quality conversations with customers to establish how this organisation can make them better off through generating high quality leads/booked appointments across the product range whilst providing a first class service to all of our customers.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills. You will also have the challenge of establishing and managing internal and external relationships.

Key accountabilities

Successfully achieve personal and team sales and service targets/benchmarks in line with the department and corporate scorecard.

Identify, offer and cross-sell a wide range of products and services which appropriately correspond with the customers’ needs.

Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude when handling calls; be prepared to go the extra mile to assist customers, whilst looking for that extra opportunity to add value to the customers’ journey.

Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey and support a highly dedicated professional sales team to meet its sales and service targets.

Ensure that customer focus and providing a high quality service are at the heart of all activities and processes.

Adhere to policies, procedures and practices ensuring that you fully comply with all legal, regulatory and codes of practice/conduct requirements.

Work closely with colleagues, support the Contact Centre Team Leader to deliver results and recommend ways to improve performance and effectiveness.

From £15000 - 20500 pro rata
Hours - 20 hours per week
(Wed, Thu, Fri 9am-5pm + rotational Saturdays 9am-1pm)
