My client, a leading and well established successful company, are now recruiting! Customer service experience is essential, however full training will be provided for all successful candidates.

The main responsibility of this role is take incoming calls from existing customers and deal with the customers enquiry. You will need to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for each call. You will also need to work as part of a team. In addition, you will update the inhouse computer system with accurate information following each call.

The role is full time 37 hours per week and the hours of work are on a shift basis between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and includes Saturday between 8am - 5pm.

Start Date will be the 5th December 2011
