Customer Call Advisor / Call Handler
My client, one of South Wales leading employers are looking to appoint a Call Handler in busy and challenging role. This role is to start ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis.
Purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced Operations Contact Centre based in St Mellons.
Day to day duties involve:
Taking operational calls from customers (and other third parties) and accurately inputting the information into SAP systems, ensuring attention to detail is adhered to.
Dealing with customers politely, showing empathy and ensuring the delivery of a fast and comprehensive service.
Administering effective questioning techniques to identify customer needs and allocate correct priority.
Applicants must be able to work in a busy and challenging environment with a flexible and self -motivated work ethic.
Ideally experience within a busy contact centre and/or delivering first class customer service via telephone.
