Customer Care Adviser/Administrator

An evolving NHS organisation based in Watford are looking for a Dynamic Customer Care Adviser/Administrator on a permanent basis 

Duties and Responsibilities for this role will include the following:

To liaise directly with Patients and Carers in the collection of data.
To report on patients to nurses to highlight any problems, changes in patients conditions, responses or lack of responses.
Accurately take messages via telephone and efficiently relay to appropriate persons
To maintain clear and concise documentation at all times 
To recognise potential risks and report them to a senior person
To record any information provided to patients
Maintain and promote privacy and dignity at all times
