Customer Care Advisor- 6 Month Contract
A job opportunity has arisen for a thriving and exciting company in Leicestershire. This 6-month customer service vacancy is vital to the newly formed international partnership. The purpose of this new job function within the company is to provide phone-based customer service to members of the public. Great customer service and an articulate and friendly phone manner are vital to this job.
As this is a new role within the company, even though the focus is customer service, candidates who are able to demonstrate value can make the role their own. Fundamentally, you will assist customers with their enquiries (by phone and email), problem solve and liaise with other departments as necessary.
The biggest selling point is the office environment; this company is growing, exciting and embrace character. The successful candidate will have call centre related customer service experience fielding a high number of quality calls. Adequate IT proficiency and the ability to handle difficult/ sensitive calls and emails are also important. In terms of previous experience, those with experience in a legal environment or a legal academic background will have an advantage. Hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday; salary is £16k pro rata.
