Business and Private Banking (BPB) is one of five client-facing businesses within the Commonwealth Bank and provides wealth and relationship management for the Bank's premium personal, business and corporate clients.

Equities Margin Lending (EML) consists of CommSec, Colonial Geared Investments and Core Equity Services.

CommSec as a market leading business continues to provide a high level of exceptional customer service to complement our products and services. We have identified a need to continue this objective and advance ourselves aligning various strategies to increase our business and our performance. To do this we have created a new team to provide assistance and guidance to our customers through the application process. The purpose of this team is to provide a high level of service, accuracy and expertise to our customers ensuring the application process is streamlined and our service is of incomparable quality and efficiency.

This newly created role will see you be an integral member of this team. Your proactive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service will ensure you maintain high quality outcomes along with the ability to deliver a reliable service and be accountable for those outcomes.
