Customer Care Coordinator -Receptionist/Personal Advisor - Liverpool (37.5 hours per week)

As a result we are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator/Personal Advisor to work flexibly on a full time 37.5 hours per week contract to include some evenings and weekend shifts.
The Role
Customer Care Coordinator - Receptionist
Our reputation for customer service is unrivalled; as a Customer Care Coordinator – Receptionist you will build on it as you will monitor patient satisfaction levels. This role is a key part of the patient journey and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of service.
You will be the face of the patient visit, you will meet and greet patients when they first arrive at the clinic and we need a great relationship builder who is ready to go the extra mile for every patient.
The Customer Care Coordinator – Receptionist will attend to all the patients needs in reception and keep the appointment diary updated with consultations and treatments. You will also be involved in taking payments from debit/credit cards and general administration duties.
Personal Advisor
From the moment a patient enters Ultralase, they receive individual attention from their own Personal Advisor. You will be at the forefront of our business advising and guiding our patients to determine their exact vision correction treatment. Personal Sales Advisors confidently answer any questions, talk through the treatment options and payment plans, book treatment appointments and help every patient feel at ease. This role is a key part of the patient journey and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of service.
The Person
The ideal Customer Care Coordinator/Personal Advisor sets extremely high personal standards of customer care and service, has a businesslike approach, dedication, and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of service. Candidates must have strong communication skills and will deal with patients in a caring, courteous and professional manner. You must have confidence and authority on the telephone and great organisational ability.
You will have had exposure to a customer-focused environment, dealing with clients in both a face-to-face capacity and over the telephone. Previous retail experience selling consumer services is preferred, as is proactive and organised administration skills.
You must be confident and outgoing and have the ability to build rapport with all types of people and possessing a good understanding of the 'sales process' is essential. You will be given the appropriate training to ensure that our customers are provided with the highest levels of service and attention
We would like to hear from enthusiastic candidates, preferably with experience of handling a customer/patient facing role, have excellent administration skills, working knowledge of Windows based applications and demonstrate an ability to learn fast.
