Job description:
Due to the growth of our team, we are currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives who speak French, or German and who also speak Fluent English.
Huawei Enterprise Western Europe Customer Service Center is the single point of contact for all customer queries and issues. The Customer Care representative will take full ownership of the customer queries and issues to ensure our customers receive world class service.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as a first point of Contact for all Huawei customers who require information or assistance on Huawei’s products and services.
2. Ensure issues/queries are tracked until resolution, Huawei internal systems are updated and where needed lessons are learned and shared with the relevant business units
3. Escalate issues/queries to the appropriate departments
4. Update daily status reports and ensure proper handover to colleagues
5. Act as an interface between customer and Huawei internal organisation
6. Have a good overview of the internal organisation to be able to find the right department to ensure issues/queries are responded to in a timely manner
Requirements:
- MBO educational level,
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Self starting individual
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and preferably CRM
- Excellent written and verbal French/German skills and fluent written and verbal English.
