Position Summary:
Interacts with customers with all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products.
Major Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with customers; generating additional sales by up-selling and cross-selling
- Resolving complaints, general questions, processing orders, and various administrative projects needed in the operation of the call center
- Communicating with customers through a variety of means; telephone, e-mail and regular mail correspondence
- Achieving detailed knowledge of the product and policies of the company so as to provide expert service to customers
- Must be able to adapt to frequent changes in policy and information
The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Representative position will have:
- Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Outsanding customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
- 2-3 years experience in an inbound sales service environment is preferred
Work Schedule:
Availability between 9am and 9pm (8 hour shifts, for instance 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm)
Applicants must be comfortable with weekend shifts.
