Honeywell is searching for a Customer Care Representative to add to their staff in Fort Mill, SC! If you have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience, we want to talk to you today!
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for the interface between the customer and HSM for sales order processing and management. Position will work with other functional areas inside HSM for the management of sales orders and all associated aspects with customer requirements. Position must be able to react and respond quickly to customer inquiries and work within a team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• 3 year sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years of college
• ERP sales support knowledge, preferably SAP
• Proven ability to learn new products and applications.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to follow established processes
• Team player who is professional and diplomatic in dealings with internal and external customers
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
