Customer Care Representative Job in Oakville L6K3V3, Ontario Canada
Job Description:
*Contact prospects to introduce our client and gain registration
*Obtain marketing information through use of scripted questions.
*Place outbound calls as required to meet marketing program initiatives.
*Contact customers with auction reminder calls, assistance with Professional, Standing Orders etc.
*Answer all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards
*Determine customer needs through effective questioning and evaluate need for call escalation.
*Review escalated calls with Team Leader for resolution / assistance.
*Place outbound follow up calls from customer interaction as required.
*Return escalated calls on behalf of management.
*Generate/Send template letters, marketing collateral to customers
*Support Account Management team.
*Education/Knowledge: Post secondary education. Knowledge of windows-based applications and web navigation skills.
*Experience/Skill: MINIMUM 2 years recent experience as a Call Center representative with specific, daily call targets. Not afraid to cold call and prospect. Experience in a problem solving role preferred.
