This position is the primary representative for the daily CTO/ETO LVMCC SAP order activities, manage weekly backlog report for specific District Sales Offices and all other business activities to include Witness test schedule and customer care reviews.

This position must be located in Richland Center, Wis

Under general direction and with minimal supervision, review, analyze, edit, and interpret incoming sales orders, order change requests, shipping discrepancies, as well as parts and repair order issues. Interact daily with PCA's and Plant schedulers for review of critical order activities.

This position is the secondary contact for all Rockwell Automation distributors, customers, distributors, and other Rockwell Automation employees (typically field sales personnel) calling for assistance, direction, or alternatives.

The agent utilizes knowledge of Rockwell Automation organization, ETO products services, electronic tools and administrative policies/procedures to determine the nature of assistance needed. Interfaces daily with a broad spectrum of functions to obtain and update information in the Order Tracker system as well as SAP..

Post high school degree

Five years sales or customer service experience.

Computer (including keyboarding proficiency) skills including MS Office suite and Web tools. SAP experience is an added bonus.

Excellent internal customer relations/service and telephone/oral skills are essential.

Excellent written communication skills.

Proven negotiation skills in the successful resolution of customer issues.

Able to work independently,

Good organizational skills. Experience with multi-tasking and ability to deal with frequent change.

Willingness to continuously learn and embrace change.

Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in teams and across functions is required.

Excellent record keeping skills to ensure effectiveness of “Day in the Life” back up resource.
