About the Job
Customer Care Representative for Long Lines Long Lines is seeking qualified part time and full time Customer Care Representatives for its corporate office in Sergeant Bluff, IA. Hours/days may be flexible. This position entails maximizing the retention of new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and technical support, assisting customers with general inquires, invoice questions, requests, and suggestions, determining appropriate solutions, and selling Long Lines Cable, Internet and Phone services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills (verbal, written and active listening), convey a professional and courteous attitude, have excellent problem solving skills, be able to listen and interpret the needs of customers, and be self-motivated and results-oriented. A high School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous Customer Care experience in the Cable, Internet, Phone and/or Wireless industry is preferred. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
