Customer Care Specialist

Our client, a leading Retail Television Company based in West London, are looking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist to assist their offshore Contact Centre team.

Responsible for overseeing the quality of documentation sent out to customers, and reporting on the quality of service afforded to the company's clients, this is an important role within the Customer Service function. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the quality of service given to clients
- Identifying and reporting on quality issues
- General administrative duties (Filing, scanning, etc)
- Holding conference calls with offshore Customer Service Advisor's
- Handling inbound calls from couriers and suppliers

This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company, and the ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with customers, will have undertaken general administrative duties and understand numbers and statistics.
