This position is the first point of contact for our customers via phone or other electronic means of communication. Ability to handle transactions and answer customer inquiries and to quickly decipher the customer's needs with the best solution and clearly communicate the solution to our customers. Must display a genuine desire to assist our customers and have the knowledge to answer inquiries. Associates degree with course work in basic accounting or financial services is preferred; plus 1 year of Customer Service, Banking and or financial experience is preferred.
