Permanent Full time Role, Based in Kingshill Maidstone
£17,000 plus uncapped bonus scheme

The Customer Consultant role:
- Role is 100% telephone-based in a vibrant and exciting call centre environment
- You will work within a collection team of 12 Customer Consultants and be looked after by your own Team Leader. The team then belongs to a collection floor of 150 people
- You will be responsible for handling customer calls both inbound calls and outbound calls made through an automated dialler
- You role will consist of speaking to customer in different financial positions and tailor make repayment plans to help them aim to be debt free
- There are compliance regulations and a high level of customer service expected with the role
- 36 hours per week, shift based,
- Currently two shift patterns 07:45 – 14:30 one week, 14:15 – 21:00 the second week (Monday to Friday) with every other Saturday worked 08:45 – 13.30 hours
- It is a fast paced environment and is covered by key performance metrics that support you in your role
