Customer Contact Manager

Our client, a large and reputable business with a site based in Milton Keynes, have a new job opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Customer Contact Manager who is responsible for the development and performance of a team of customer contact specialists who provide various support services to the Sales Team.
As Customer Contact Manager you will lead and develop the team, being responsible for the implementation of a customer contact strategy, increasing and driving new sales opportunities whilst delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Key responsibilities:
· Managing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Developing a customer contact strategy to deliver a world class customer experience whilst driving and maximising potential sales opportunities.
· Devising and implementing ways to motivate the team to meet and exceed targets.
· Always looking for ways to continuously develop and improve the team performance through training, coaching and reviews, ensuring that development plans are maintained.
· Devising a Prospecting strategy and process to enable the team to maximise the pipeline of new sales opportunities and support the business sales targets.
· Leading the team to deliver a high level sales administration process so that the field sales team are able to maximise their time spent with customers.
· Developing and refining a reporting strategy, providing clarity on team effectiveness for both the customer contact and field sales team.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience managing a high volume, high performance contact centre with the ability to motivate and develop influence others. You will have strong stakeholder relationship and people management skills with the confidence to make decisions using sound judgement. Confident presentations skills are key for this job as you will be working with people at various levels from customers to senior management and director level. You will also have strong IT and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report data accurately.
