Customer Correspondence Advisor Senior

Description:

As a Customer Correspond Advisor Sr, you will be:

· Handling various Cardmember inquires through correspondence, e-mail and telephone. You will be responsible for analyzing the requests to determine appropriate response or necessary course of action

· Making outbound calls in order to develop customer understanding and to verify information

· Data entry of applications/information

· Must be passionate about providing quality customer service and should be familiar with lending processes and guidelines. Must be results oriented and flexible to change in a fast moving environment.


The training hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After training is completed, hours will be based on schedules that are agreed to during the hiring process.
