One of Australia's leading banks is currently seeking a Customer Credit Representative to join their Credit Approval Team, based in North Sydney. This position will be a long term temporary assignment commencing 18 June.
As a Customer Credit Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring mortgage applications are promptly submitted through the credit approval process and providing an exceptional service to your customers. In this role, you will be inputting loan information into systems, ensuring all loan documentation is complete and compliant, verifying documents and preparing those applications for credit approval. It is important that you will be maintaining positive relationships with your customers by providing excellent customer service and strengthening customer/broker relationships.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working within the lending space and be confident with lending terminology. You will understand the mortgage process, have experience previously working with a broker network and be passionate about customer service. It is critical that you have sound communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Excellent training and development is available including with this sought after employer, including the opportunity to get accredited to approve loans (DLA).
Working Holiday Visa candidates who are available for a full 6 months and have the relevant experience will also be considered.
