Customer Delivery Specialist - Omaha, NE

Description:
Position Title: Customer Delivery Specialist

Location: Omaha, NE

Key Responsibilities:

The Oilfield Delivery Specialist will provide customer delivery and safely operate a diesel, multi-geared bobtail truck/pup and/or tractor-trailer combination vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Loading trucks, scheduling daily runs and maintaining trucks and equipment in a safe/operable condition

  • This position will use Qualcomm and/or paper log books for hours of service reporting

  • Meeting all DOT regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials

  • In some Nalco locations this position may have warehouse responsibilities

    Qualifications:
    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent GED required

  • Must be 24 years of age and have a current Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License), issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements, to include Class X (Hazardous Materials and Tanker) endorsements

  • Three (3) years commercial driving experience

  • Past on the job chemical delivery experience working with pumps, meters, gauges, forklift trucks and packaging equipment is sought

  • This position has a requirement of lifting, containers, hoses of 50+ pounds

  • To qualify for placement applicants must meet DOT and Nalco Drug Screen and Physical examination requirements

  • Work schedule may require some holiday and weekend work
