Customer Engagement and Brand Survey Researcher

Customer Engagement and Brand Survey Researchers study the underlying science of Gallup's customer and brand research practices. They have a deep knowledge of research methods, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis tools and techniques. Researchers are responsible for:

• Leading large-scale research projects and market research through all stages: concept formation, definition of metrics, determination of appropriate statistical methodology, research evaluation, and final research reporting
• Developing questionnaires, implementing surveys, and performing data analysis
• Conducting routine analysis and interpreting results from large data sets
• Developing research hypotheses and testing those hypotheses using in-depth data analysis
• Preparing report plans and project outlines
• Managing day-to-day conversations with internal and external teams
• Partnering with internal associates and clients to strategically manage and align processes for implementation
• In some cases, extending our science and creating new and innovative solutions

 

A master's degree or Ph.D. in social psychology, I/O psychology, sociology, decision sciences, or a closely related field is desired.  1-2 years of experience with SPSS is required. Experience in consumer brand research or customer engagement research is strongly preferred.
