Our client, the world's largest IT and consulting company, is looking for a Customer Engineer. The Customer Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all contracted equipment is maintained to the highest standard to meet the varying demands of our customers within business requirements.

Although the primary focus of this position is to maintain the contracted equipment, you will need to be flexible to travel and manage equipment for sites in the Central London / SW London area.

Position Requirements:

* To manage each assigned fault call to a satisfactory conclusion for the customer or escalate effectively.

* Ensuring appropriate preventative maintenance is scheduled and carried out of customer's equipment.

* Ability to work as part of an engineering team to deliver the response and availability commitments to our customers.

* Must be available for weekend and out of hours support commitments.

Skills Requirements:

* Basic PC understanding although training can be provided in Retail and Laptop specific skills
