Customer Experience Analyst – Marking Analytics recruitment
This position is accountable for analysing the European Marketing Analytics Customer Experience programs for a large ( £10BN) and multi-geography (UK, Germany, Scandinavia) portfolio, driving value by delivering key analytics to support business value and profitability objectives.
The analyst will interact closely with others within Marketing Analytics as well as business partners. They will need to gain a strong understanding of the Customer Experience process methodology, GCOO environment and financials. Performing analysis through obtaining data in SAS is required. This will include reading the results of tests (at aggregate and segmented levels), working on setting up test designs to garner new learnings, and working closely with the MA PNL team on grounding financial forecasts, while maintaining responsibility for running financial scenario modelling.
The post holder will assist in the design of customer and service management strategies, with the ability to have measurable and valid performance tracking. And be accountable for analysing new opportunities, helping to optimise existing programs and ensuring all Customer Experience activities meet corporate return and CEC hurdles.
Present back findings internally and to business partners, opportunity to participate in financial/business reviews updating management on a routine basis and share best practices between markets.
Essential skills required:
The candidate will have experience working in a marketing analytics environment. They must have advanced Excel skills and be able to use SAS to produce data for their analysis. The candidate will be able to take complex business problems and be able to ask the right questions to understand what analysis to undertake. They will be able to work independently to structure and produce the analysis. The candidate will then be able to communicate actionable insight from the analysis back to the business.
The position is within the Digitial Analytics, Sales and Servicing area although specific experience within these fields is not essential
Desirable skills required:
*Experience analysing products/programmes through the lens of marginal PL contribution, return on capital metrics and in line with strategic direction.
*Commercial and financial awareness and experience including Profit Loss / Balance Sheet management
*Effective stakeholder management skills
*Industry knowledge (ideally experience with major international financial services firm)
*Ability to convert analytical data into strategic insight and communicate that message effectively in PowerPoint
*Ability to identify solutions and package ideas and results in a logical, understandable and compelling way for both technical and non-technical audiences
*A self motivated team player who is able to define, structure and prioritise work for themselves as well as others, but who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances change.
*Knowledge of the regulatory framework in which the business operates.
