Customer Experience Coordinator

My client, one of Europe’s leading market contenders in parcel distribution, is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their Credit Management team in Central Bristol.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with a network of contacts.

You will be required to monitor, analyse and report trends and regularly assess team members' performance through taking feedback from customers.
