Customer Experience Manager recruitment

We are currently recruiting two exciting and innovative Customer Experience Managers on behalf of our client, a leading global financial services business with a well-earned reputation for excellence.

With an aim of becoming the leading business in their field, our client is fully engaged in delivering the highest levels of service to their clients. These positions will play a pivotal role in interpreting client data and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and then recommending and influencing change throughout the business; be that technology, customer service, marketing or process and procedure improvement.

As well as using existing data to make informed judgements and recommendations your remit will also include researching and identifying other opportunities for improvements. Examples would be digital and social media, technological improvements, gaps in their current service etc.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background of change/project management or consultancy within a customer service/experience department. Financial Services experience isn't't essential for this role. As well as being able to make meaningful recommendations from large amounts of data you will also influence and negotiate with stakeholders across business functions to implement your recommendations, with ultimate aim of delivering complete customer satisfaction.
