Customer Financial Services Representative
Kelly Services is looking for candidates with an accounting/collections background. This position will be responsible for: · managing collections for client accounts · applying cash daily to appropriate accounts · monitoring credit limits and outstanding balances · process liens · negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent clients Candidates must possess the following: · Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or any quantitative discipline · Must be at an advance level with Microsoft Excel · Minimum 2 years collections experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handled difficult collection phone calls · Excellent problem solving skills · Ability to ?Think out of the Box? and be self directed Only serious applicants need apply.
