The Role
Bloomberg is seeking for an enthusiastic Customer Financial Services Representative to join the Accounting department. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our customers by providing excellent customer service while achieving the assigned target goals for a sizeable collections portfolio. The representative in this role will be responsible for liaising with many different areas of the business and offering support to our extensive internal and external customer base. In addition, person on this role is expected to visit our customers within North America and partnering with the Contracts, Installations and Sales departments to resolve outstanding issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 or 3 years Accounts Receivable/Collections experience is required
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Call Center (ACD) experience a plus
- Detail oriented
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Flexible to a constantly changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent prioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel
- SAP experience a plus
