The Role
Bloomberg's Accounting Department is looking for an enthusiastic, quick- thinking and dedicated individual to join our Customer Financial Services ("CFS") team in Hong Kong. As part of this fast-paced group, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from an accounting perspective. The Hong Kong CFS team primarily services our Asia-Pacific customers, but we also work with our other teams and customers around the world.
Job Description
- Focus on Credit Control, Tax write off process and Customer Service.
- To review Tax items in accounting system on daily basis.
- To follow up collection of required Tax documents with overseas customers.
- To reconcile the payment breakdown with internal/external parties to ensure
accurate amount to be written off.
- To follow up overdue AR accounts with internal/external parties.
- To handle ad-hoc assignments when required.
- To provide excellent customer service to internal/external parties.
Qualification / Requirement
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years Credit Control / Customer Service experience in MNC
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- China experience is preferred.
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced high
volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin English is essential
- Proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
- Native Mandarin Speaker is an advantage
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
