American Express, the World's premier financial and travel solutions provider, is looking for effective Customer Focused Sales Representatives to join their team. Excellent commission structure, up to £1000 per month currently earned by top sellers in the team.

Working within the Globally award winning UK Customer Service Centre, as a CFS representative you will be driving the highest levels of Customer satisfaction and engagement at the same time as recognising Customer needs and recommending/selling additional products and services to deepen their relationship.

You will need:

* Excellent listening, inter-personal, objection handling and probing skills
* Knowledge of American Express CFS products will enable you to effectively position additional benefits and services to our Cardmembers, at the same time retaining focus on delivering on servicing commitments.
* Committed to delivering exceptional service, you will have a clear focus on will to win, to ensure that you deliver the highest Customer Service standards and drive Customer satisfaction and sales at every point.
* Positions are eligible for significant CFS incentive scheme specific to these roles in addition to the base salary

Principle Accountabilities

* Provide world class Service to UK Cardmembers, driving spend, loyalty and engagement, deepening the customer relationship on every call through offering of Supplementary cards, Insurance Policies and product upgrades.
* Handle a wide range of general and sometimes complex enquiries reasons whilst meeting and exceeding predefined sales and Customer Satisfaction Targets
* Excellent communication skills, handling customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, effective use of influence skills and objection handling, as well as the ability to build cross-departmental relationships.
* Evaluating account status enquiries at point of contact by analysing information and recommending solutions to the Cardmember,
* Interpret Product, Policy and Procedure information and guide customers through to resolve their enquiry as First Contact Resolution.

This department operates Monday to Sunday and between 07:00 to 23:00. Core hours tend to be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, flexibility required for variable shifts.
