Description

The Project Leader I coordinates the implementation of assigned Lockbox products and services for Treasury Service's customers. The qualified candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for his/her assigned Products. For each assigned implementation, the Project Leader I will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Operations, coordinating all tasks needed to establish the cash management solution for the client, from data gathering through turnover to Customer Service. All tasks and issues will be tracked and coordinated by the Project Leader I through the use of customized Task Lists, Issues Lists, and other established tools.During the implementation, the Project Leader I will provide product expertise to clients to assist them in choosing the most effective solution to meet their business requirements. The incumbent will escalate to Sales or Product Management if the solution needed by the customer is more complex and/or requires further product development or special programming. The Project Leader I will also cross-sell additional products or services that would benefit the client (when appropriate).The Project Leader I is responsible for following procedures to mitigate reputation or financial risk for the Corporation. The Project Leader I is also responsible for meeting the expectations of the customer as measured through established client surveys.

Qualifications

A Bachelors Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience is required. The qualified candidate is required to possess a minimum of 7 years experience in the Financial Services industry with a preference for cash management customer service, operations supervisory experience or implementation experience. Prior experience dealing with large corporate customers as a customer service representative, implementation specialist or Subject Matter Expert is required. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills leading to effective interaction with customers and peers are required. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CCM certification is preferred.
