Customer Insight Analyst - Telecommunications Industry London £30k + excellent package
Our client, a UK market leading telecommunications provider working across a variety of platforms is looking for a customer insight analyst to bolster their team and add more value to the customer's experience and journey.

You will be working on an exciting project to really master customer service within the business. The company are one of the best in their field but have identified that their customer service really needs a boost to differenciate themselves from the rest of the market. You could have the opportunity to make this happen, you will be a key asset in changing how this company operates and significantly improve the customer journey.

The position will sit within an expanding insight team and will provide end to end provisioning integrity to the company's most prestigious products. The firm offer a very competitive package of £30k + excellent package with private health care and a range of discounted products.

The key responsibilities will be:
- Delivery of accurate reporting and analysis of the customer journey from point of sale right fthrough to provisioning for the company's full range of products.
- Continuing to improve the reporting framework and the quality of analysis for the performance of the company's customer contact.
- Identifying and investigating the root causes of problems that may occur throughout the end to end process
- Working closely with teams throughout the Customer Service side of the business to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the service the firm provides.

The key requirements:
- Experience within the telecoms industry in customer insight analysis
- Provisioning lifecycle
- Proven expeirence working with large quantity of data
- Statistical reporting
- Proven ability to define and document new reporting requirements
- Interpret data to come to sounds conclusions about the customer journey
