JOB SPECIFICATION: Customer Insight and Data Manager

Taking responsibility for Insight and Research campaigns for some of the UK`s most recognised consumer brands, you will be passionate about customer insight and research as well as being commercially aware. To successfully fast track through this well recognised brand your responsibilities will be to:-

* Deliver strategic customer insights that will support clients grow their categories and brands, by analysing and utilising data.
* Work closely with internal and external clients to project manage effective strategies to enable the best possible resource to deliver a solution, whether it be Quantitive, Qualitative, Data Modelling or pure Insight.
* Nurture and develop stakeholder relationships across a wide range of support teams both internally and client side.
* Present key insights and strategy to board level.
* Work closely with clients and 3rd parties to define and support business objectives.
* Take responsibility for revenue and client satisfaction targets for your accounts.
* Managing the day to day liaison and coordination of servicing for your key client contacts
REQUIREMENTS: Customer Insight and Data Manager
Experience of working within Insight, Data or Modelling environments with a commercial edge as well as proven ability to work with stakeholders to drive sales and marketing campaigns.
