My client is market leading retail leisure brand operating primarily in the sports industry, providing expert products and services to millions of customers through retail, online mobile channels. They're looking for a talented Customer Insight Manager to manage and analyse trends in income and customer habits
The Role:
· Managing high volumes of customer data
· Developing customer segmentation and insight
· Understanding customer loyalty and supporting marketing with all campaigns
· Developing key market insight
· Developing key customer models
· Supporting all CRM activity
· All round view from commissioning research and data through to analysing, interpreting and making key, commercial recommendations
The Person:
· Customer insight specialist
· Can work with large volumes of data
· Has a strong understanding of customer loyalty and retention
· Very strong analytical skills
