Customer Insight Manager

I am recruiting for a Customer Insight Manager for leading contact centre in Sunderland.

The role will involving leading all elements of the Customer Insight framework including the introduction of voice of customer and speech analytic assessments and root cause analysis to uplift business performance across all operational areas and teams. The successful candidate will design and implement a customer insight framework of the customers experience.

The ideal candidate for this roles to have:
Experience of working with stakeholders, able to influence and impact stakeholders and senior management
Experience of working within a fast-paced change environment and working towards deadlines with competing demands
Working practice of handling and contributing to continuous improvement
People management and leadership skills
High attention to detail.

Starting salary is £55,000 plus benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to work within reputable organisation.
