Customer Journey Manager

Purpose of the Role:

To advise on all customer aspects of the product cycle, from initial development to final claim and maturity, to ensure all communications, servicing and product outcomes are designed to be fair and consistent with expected and advertised outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

1) Customer Insight: Undertake customer research to be able to provide all business areas with insight and guidance into customer experience aspects of all elements of the Partnership proposition

2) Proposition Development: Act as an expert resource for customer experience in the development of existing and new propositions

3) Customer Communications: Ensure all customer communications – including promotions – are fit for purpose.

Skills Knowledge:

Customer Analysis and Journey Experience
Well-developed understanding of what triggers consumers to purchase certain products
