Customer Liaison Co-ordinator

A Customer Liaison Co-ordinator is required for a utilities company based in Witham

Due to a recent promotion my client is seeking a results driven, self motivated individual to join their team on a permanent basis

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining relationships between residents and sub- contractors.
You will liaise with residents over the telephone and face to face explaining the nature of intended works scheduled, inform the site manager of any special requirements requested by residents and participate in site meetings and take minutes

To be successful you will ideally have similar experience within a previous role, have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills You will have the ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult situations and working to deadlines

A full clean driving licence is required for this role as site visits are an essential part of the role

Successful applicants will be subjected to a CRB check

Working hours are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
