A really exciting opportunity exists for an experienced consumer marketer who will be responsible for the identification and implementation of campaigns specifically targeting potential migration, cross-selling and acquisition opportunities within their consumer customer segment. Responsibility will be for working with customer insights and data agencies to proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer lifecycle experience. Experience working with a large number of stakeholders and data to drive campaigns and outcomes. You will be an experienced acquisitions or campaigns manager with strong analytical and reporting experience. You will be a collaborative individual capable of influencing across the Marketing team, Customer Experience and Sales organisation.

As an experienced insights-led Marketing Manager with a genuine passion for customer experience and relationship management, your exceptional communication skills will bring other stakeholders across the business on the same journey from a strategic and executional sense. You will be analytical but able to focus on both strategic and tactical issues. You will have an innovative approach to marketing and developing appropriate campaigns for ensuring win-back and migration campaigns are successful across the customer base. Experience within a similar role within a Telco, or financial services environment will be highly regarded.
