Responsibilities
* Lead creation of existing customer communication touch-point strategy
(including value
proposition, tone, frequency, channel, etc.)
* Develop all marketing collateral for cross sell win-back campaigns, provide
Marketing
* Execution necessary files and information for production
* Lead creative development and management of Marketing fulfillment materials,
provide
required files and information to external vendor for implementation and to
Marketing
Execution as it relates to preprinted materials
* Partner with Operations on customer service letter messaging and layout
* Partner with Operations to identify process improvements, system
enhancements, and
program solutions to enhance the customer experience and hit retention and
profitability
objectives
* Increase customer value and retention by launching new programs and offers
* Analyze multiple inputs, including competitive intelligence and customer
insight, to monitor
effectiveness of programs and modify as needed to enhance customer loyalty
* Work with Operations to implement new programs and offers
* Partner with Marketing Intelligence,
* Track and report retention/loyalty metrics, and analyze program effectiveness

* Develop segmentation strategies
* Coordinate with Legal, ensuring compliance
Qualifications
Required for Selection:
* 5+ years experience in retention/loyalty direct marketing
* Demonstrated experience in project management
* Marketing experience
* Financial Analysis
* Budgeting and planning
* Cross functional team management
* Strong presentation skills
* Demonstrated computer skills, including usage of Microsoft office products

Preferred:
* Marketing experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred
