The successful incumbent will be responsible for: . Excellent customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer account information. . Outbound calling to customers to review options. . Reselling the value of Pitney Bowes products and strength of Pitney Bowes company . Staying current with the latest developments and procedural changes . Managing solid working relationships with business partners in and outside the Call Centre environment . Attaining established objectives with regard to logon times, schedule adherence, revenue quality targets. . Clarification of invoices, processing credit card payments, providing copies of invoices, account reconciliation, equipment . Reconciliation, and customer files maintenance. Qualification A minimum of 1 year sales, and call center experience preferred Proven track record of high-level customer service skill Demonstrated computer skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong organization skills with an ability to prioritize Proven negotiation skills/conflict resolution skills Self motivated, dependable and committed Fluent English written and verbal High School diploma or higher required.
