Our client is a high profile Australian manufacturer based in West Ryde with an extensive product range and client base. Due to increased demand an opportunity has arisen in the customer service team for a Customer Management Representative.
In order to be successful in the role you will need to have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, liaising with key clients and stake holders to ensure the highest level of service is maintained. Fast and accurate input speeds are also required to key and track client orders on the system and follow up on deliveries and stock levels. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and have a natural talent for customer service.
