If you're as excited about the future as we are, consider this opportunity as a Customer Marketing Manager. We currently have 2 openings, on the Toys R Us and Emerging Channels (Kohl's, Big Lots, Amazon, etc.) accounts.

Responsibilities:
*lead the multifunctional sales planning process partnering with Sales Management, Category Management, Marketing and Finance. This includes the development of account strategies, retail marketing programs, business planning calendars, and profitability analysis.

*Apply account and market trends/objectives as they relate to the account

*Lead the implementation of account plans by directing efforts of Category Management/Space Planning, Retail Service and Visual Merchandising as they relate to the execution of the account plan.

*Lead the development of business reviews for Category Development initiatives, key account calls, and Toy Fairs.

*Develop success models, fact-based selling presentations and Industry overviews.
Provide field sales with the necessary data and analysis to evaluate account performance and identify opportunities.

*Partner with the Category Management team to identify and lead Category Management/Analysis projects designed to increase account profitability and market share (i.e. Direct Import Mix, Clustering, SKU productivity, pricing models, etc.).

*Impact sales and profitability directly through development of sales-driving trade marketing activities.

*Work directly with all levels of account management on development and the sell-in of account- plan programs.

*Work with outside vendors/agencies on development of account specific marketing programs and manage the activities of these vendors to support account plans.

*Complete full analysis of programs throughout their life cycle including development, justification and expected return based on sales and consumer data, sell-in positioning, and post-program evaluation.

Experience and Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.
* 5 - 7 years experience in category management, business planning, sales, marketing, or related field.
* Ability to self-initiate and motivated to manage the above areas of responsibility.
* Possess complex problem solving techniques/skills required on a daily basis.
*Extremely strong analytical skills necessary for profitability analysis and ROI projections; ability to articulate the affect on retail sales, listings and profitability
*Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills necessary to present and communicate critical information and programs to retailers' management, senior management, marketing, sales and outside vendors.
*Analysis and tracking of program budgets as they relate to assigned accounts to ensure that budget parameters are met and resources are used efficiently.
*Thorough understanding of trade promotion strategies with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
*Strong negotiation skills.
*Exceptional level of support, service, and teamwork with retailers, sales, marketing, and outside vendors to meet objectives and ensure smooth project management.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis in Excel and Power Point.
*Willingness and ability to travel- approx. 10-20% per year.
