Customer Marketing Manager

THE ROLE: The Customer Marketing Manager leads a team of 4 and is responsible for managing all stages of the customer lifecycle - from acquisition and share of wallet growth through retention, loyalty and winback. Through a thorough understanding of customer behaviour you'll be running a number of programs through your team.

ABOUT YOU: Having managed a team, you'll have a strong customer/consumer marketing experience with a balance across both acquisition and retention. With classical training you'll be familiar with insights and research as well as briefing and managing agencies.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £40 - £45,000

Bonus - 10%

Benefits - Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days + Stats

Location High Wycombe, Slough, Uxbridge
