Customer Markteting Analyst

A Global Financial Services company has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Analyst to join their rapidly expanding marketing team. Operating within a brand new programme for the company you will deliver key insights that will influence all customer messaging.

You will develop the Analytics Customer Insight strategy for the company and be responsible for providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to take findings to the senior management team so that appropriate business decisions can be taken.

This role requires someone with strong analysis skills; you must have a marketing analytics background and experience in data mining packages, either SAS or SQL. Any experience with Business Objects would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to have an impact on a hugely successful brand as it looks into new ways to provide the best customer messaging it can.
