Our client is a leading International Banking Group which is investing heavily in their Asian business in order to effectively support a range of products and new clients.
Supporting the a range of global products, this is a critical client facing role that provides the focal point for client on-boarding, dealing extensively with a range of internal teams, building relationships with a wide range of business groups and functions. You will be responsible for managing key relationships at a high level, and be involved in on-going development and project work as the team adapts and grows to accommodate a range of new business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibility in a critical and high profile team that is investing heavily in future development and growth.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience gained within an international Investment Bank, although other banking or FS backgrounds will be considered
- Client On-Boarding or Client Service experience and knowledge of KYC and AML experience is strongly preferred
- Strong operational knowledge of front to back trade processes is desirable
- Team leading and management experience would be useful, able to mentor and develop junior team members
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic and changing team environment
- Strong project and business change experience preferred
- A pro-active personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are strongly preferred but not essential for the right candidate
