The Customer Operations Manager I is responsible for all aspects of the contracted site services and the on-site PBMS team. In order to achieve these objectives, the COM is expected to: achieve financial results, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: · Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent preferred, undergraduate degree preferred · Proven supervisory/leadership experience required; minimum 3 years required, managing a minimum of 5 employees · Excellent Customer Communication Skills · Basic Understanding of Mail Copy Services · Experience with Scanning preferred · Experience with Records/File manaement a Plus · Effective customer relationship building skills · Effective written and verbal communication skills; proven analytical skills · Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills · PL experience required · Proven experience in high volume/fast paced environment · Ability to resolve issues without management supervision required · Proven experience in achieving financial goals related to revenue and profitability managing a monthly revenue of a minimum of $50K · Proficiency in email environments, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel required, PowerPoint preferred) · Valid driver's license and clean driving record required · Lifting required, walking, standing for long periods of time · Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
