The Customer Processing Analyst performs nonroutine customer service and support functions in the Albridge Operations Data Quality team. Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery or service, or resolution of complaint. Provides direction to service representatives in the successful delivery of complex support or service. Developing professional role. Requires comprehensive working knowledge of organization's products and services. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Knows and applies broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. May answer inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products/services, and/or enter or confirm sales. May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Utilizes a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Has a direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Quality and timeliness of service provided will impact the effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years experience

- Developed communication and diplomacy skills required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information

- Ability to write SQL query statements and analyze large datasets resulting in problem resolution and improvement recommendations is a major plus

- Proven ability to read raw data files and compare with transformed data to identify data processing problems is highly preferred

- Ability to apply Six Sigma techniques to data is a plus

- Experience in or a desire and capacity to learn about the financial services industry and our wealth management products that will be used to enhance the end-user experience is strongly preferred
